The Gota area along the Sarkhej Gandhinagar Highway has witnessed a new development between Sola, Godrej Garden city and Nirma University. The area has seen a large scale rise in mid economy range residential sector. The area is seeing an intrastate migration as well as from other parts of Ahmedabad. An entrepreneurial spirit dominates the start-up initiatives inherent in the people and supported by the Government. This factor initiated the idea of coming up with a mid-scale Commercial Premises project for Samsara Buildtech.
