The Qingdao City Council shortlisted us for a feasibility study and design for their new destination, the Qingdao Financial Technology Park. This mixed use development has been designed around the client’s vision to improve research, technology and innovation infrastructure to attract new high-tech projects and services.

The development features landmark towers, research institutes, multi-family residences, trade centres, data centre, and a retail hub. The development is connected by public spaces like museum, 5-star hotel, a convention centre, an incubator that fosters innovation, and a variety of retail experiences, including high-end stores and a shopping village.

Our design for the Qingdao City Council is inspired by the cultural importance of the region. Our experts collaborated to create a unique destination that is shaped in harmony of the landscape, a built environment that is technological advanced and sustainable.
