Connecting the new with the old.

Shortlisted for a design competition, while working on IFRE's current educational campus, ArchWert submitted a vision for a new campus spread across 25 acres.

The proposed masterplan overcomes the challenges of the site surrounded by highways, high-tension line and an oil-supply line with a well-defined connection to the existing campus.

Our design for the campus created a shaded desired line with a central forest spine and attempted to integrate with the existing building characteristics and material palette - a contemporary touch into the new campus.

An “Energy Centre” was planned for renewable energy generation at site potentially attaining 75% towards net-zero goal and placed under the high-tension line converting the negative space into positive.
